Activities that affects peoples' lives every day
Planning of e.g. new roads is an important and engaging activity that affects peoples’ lives every day. The prioritisation of resources for the development and maintenance of various modes of transport is an ongoing policy debate, not least from an environmental perspective.
Population growth and centralization have increased the need to expand traffic systems, both on road and on rail. Increased volumes of traffic generally leads to an increase in the impact on the environmental for residents close to roads, especially in the form of more noise. Appropriate measures can produce noise reductions, despite the increase in traffic volumes. In our advanced sound laboratory, we can illustrate both current and future noise images and we can create comparable acoustic environments before and after a simulated action.
We work with equipment and technology from the market leaders. Our acoustic laboratory can reproduce comparable acoustic environments from before and after simulated actions. Measurement and calculation of noise and vibrations.
